Nicola Dienst studied law at Bielefeld University and Leipzig University from 2010 to 2016. Following her studies, she completed a two-year legal internship at the Regional Appeals Court Düsseldorf, which also included a station in a large German law firm in the practice area of labour law. After the second state examination, Nicola Dienst started her practice as an attorney in January 2019 in the employment law team of a commercial law firm and joined Küttner as an attorney in November 2020.
Nicola Dienst advises, counsels and represents companies, as well as executive bodies, executives and employees on all aspects of both individual and collective labor, as well as employment law. A main practice area is advising employers in the context of day-to-day human resources management and all questions of works constitution law as well as in the area of compliance. Furthermore, Nicola Dienst advises employers and executive bodies on the drafting of contracts, in particular on the preparation of employment and service contracts, bonus agreements and termination agreements.
