We support you in implementing robust, legally sound compliance solutions. This is how we create a solid foundation for ensuring legal compliance and mitigating liability risks for businesses and their leaders. At the same time, we assist you in uncovering compliance breaches and conducting internal investigations. Ensuring a sustainable, solid, and legally sound future for your business.

Occupational Pensions

Occupational pension plans play a key role in attracting talent and retaining skilled professionals over the long term.
At the same time, it constitutes a highly complex area from both an economic and legal perspective. Companies should place special focus on this. This makes targeted legal support even more crucial when establishing, adjusting, implementing, and winding up occupational pension schemes. Our team of experts offers comprehensive support across all practice areas.

Pay Transparency & Equal Pay

The EU Pay Transparency Directive aims to strengthen the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value and to increase transparency within companies.
This directive also introduces additional requirements, including mandatory salary disclosures in job postings, expanded employee rights to request pay information disclosure, and new reporting duties. In addition, compensation systems and job profiles must be reviewed and, where necessary, adjusted. Being proactive and preparing for this is essential to meeting these new legal obligations.

Works Constitution Law

The Works Constitution Law established the fundamental framework for cooperation between employees and employers. The representation of worker’s interest is a core element of German employment law.
Reconciling the employer and employee interests often constitutes a major challenge. In addition to legal considerations, negotiation skills and strategic thinking are crucial. At the same time, a good working relationship within the company benefits both workforce and employer. To achieve this, we combine legal expertise, long-standing experience, and a forward-thinking approach. We’re known for being forward-looking and for our quick grasp of complex matters – and for guiding workplace partner negotiations. For a future-oriented, sustainable, and competitive operational structure.

Engaging temporary and contract workers provides flexibility in response to fluctuating staffing needs but also presents potential pitfalls.

We provide solutions to complex matters such as service contracts, contracting, Employer of Record (EoR), freelancers, crowdworking, temporary work, and contracting, ensuring you meet your staffing needs swiftly and reliably.
