Dr. Severin Gotthard Kunisch studied law at the University of Cologne from 2009 to 2015 (main focus: labor law). He then completed his doctorate in the field of company pension schemes at the Institute for Insurance Law of the University of Cologne, where he also worked as a research associate. His dissertation was awarded at the „Handelsblatt Jahrestagung Betriebliche Altersversorgung“, one of the leading events for company pension schemes. Afterwards he started his legal clerkship at the Regional Court Cologne, with stations at a German law firm in Cologne and a notary's office in Tel Aviv, Israel. He joined Küttner as an attorney in 2020.
Dr. Kunisch advises and represents companies as well as executive bodies, executives, and employees in all areas of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of his practice is the law of company pension schemes.
