Dr. Björn Braun joined the Küttner team in 2018 and has made a lasting impact ever since, becoming a partner in 2024. As part of his practice, he provides counsel to both national and international companies on all aspects of individual employment law and collective labour law.

Dr. Braun’s client base includes medium-sized enterprises and public sector employers. Complex matters of collective bargaining and staff representation law, as well as status determination procedures involving shareholders and managing directors before the German Pension Insurance and Social Courts, are areas in which he provides legal advice and representation – particularly for medium-sized enterprises and public sector employers. Ongoing employment law advice, management of dismissal protection proceedings, and representation of executives – both in and out of court – are key areas of Dr. Braun’s practice. Dr. Braun regularly publishes on current employment law topics and also serves as a lecturer on employment law.
