Dr. David Sundermann advises and represents companies and executives in all matters of individual employment law and collective labour law. He joined Küttner in 2022.

While at university, Dr. Sundermann specialised in employment law and earned his doctorate with a dissertation on employment law. In employment law teams at large and medium-sized firms, he gained wide-ranging practical experience as a lawyer. In addition to drafting contracts and the termination of employment and service relationships, he has in-depth expertise in works council co-determination, collective bargaining matters, and use of external personnel. He routinely contributes to publications on topical employment law matters.
