In 1997, Gerd Schwamborn began practising as a lawyer at Küttner. His areas of practice include unfair dismissal law, works constitution law, and temporary agency work.
His clients represent a wide range of sectors, including the automotive industry, educational institutions, and logistics companies. Drawing on long-standing expertise, he also represents executives, board members, and managing directors of medium-sized companies. Works councils are also among the clients he represents. A core part of his work is advising and representing clients during restructuring processes. Gerd Schwamborn is a member of the Employment Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
