Dr. Herbert Hertzfeld joined Küttner in 2000 at the start of his legal career and became a partner in 2008. Alongside his advisory practice, he regularly represents clients in proceedings before all three instances of the labour court jurisdiction.

Dr. Hertzfeld has extensive experience advising and representing public sector employers and related institutions. Comprehensive expertise exists in the field of occupational pensions, staff representation law, as well as in the structuring and enforcement of post-contractual non-compete agreements.
