Julia Füllmann advises and represents companies, executives, and board members in all areas of individual employment law and collective labour law, as well as contract law.
As a member of the Public Sector Employers expert team, her work includes advising municipalities as well as state and federal authorities on collective bargaining issues, staff representation law, and challenges related to skilled labour shortage. Julia Füllmann studied law at the universities of Trier and Bonn. Even during her studies, she focused on employment law, gaining experience at a specialised boutique law firm in Bonn and an international commercial law firm. As an author, she regularly engages with current topics in employment law.
