Luca Borowski joined our team at the beginning of 2023 and advises clients as part of the expert teams "New Work and Employee Data Protection" and "Pay Transparency & Equal Pay". There, she develops practical solutions and supports companies in implementing modern working models and overcoming complex challenges.
She studied law, specialising in employment law, at the University of Hamburg and Istanbul University. After completing her degree in 2018, she pursued a Master’s programme (LL.M.) at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Before joining us, she worked as a research assistant and law intern at various employment law firms, the Labour Court in Hamburg, and a commercial law firm in Rome.
