Dr. Malek Park-Said advises clients across the full spectrum of individual employment law and collective labour law. A particular focus lies in advising employers on employment law matters relating to day-to-day HR operations, restructuring – including insolvency-related contexts – and issues under works constitution and collective bargaining law.
In addition, Dr. Park-Said brings recognised expertise in occupational pension law and is a member of our expert team. Dr. Malek Park-Said completed his law studies at the University of Cologne. In his doctoral thesis, Dr. Malek Park-Said explored the scope of bargaining power held by the parties to a collective agreement and its “applicability to various employee groups”. After holding academic and legal positions at the Chair of German and European Labour and Social Law and at a prominent German business law firm, he joined our firm in 2025.
