Michael Dietzler joined Küttner as a lawyer in 2000 and became a partner in 2006. Michael Dietzler, as a specialist in employment law, brings extensive experience in advising and representing businesses and executives, both in Germany and abroad, on all aspects of individual employment law and collective labour law.
His key practice areas involve offering employment law advice and representation to national and international companies in restructuring, advising and representing on workplace co-determination issues, the drafting of work terms and employment agreements, and supporting employers and executives in termination situations. Michael Dietzler has extensive experience in collective labour law, particularly in drafting and negotiating works agreements related to the introduction and implementation of models for flexible working hours and locations, and variable compensation systems. In individual employment law, he routinely advises employers and executives on all employment law matters and represents them in labour courts across Germany. With the growing internationalisation of the workplace, Michael Dietzler is regularly consulted on cross-border issues, such as the compatibility and consistency of work conditions, assignments abroad, and questions relating to dismissal protection. Michael Dietzler is a contributor to the BankColleg of the Academy of German Cooperatives (ADG) in the area of employment law.
