Dr. Michel Hoffmann, LL.B., advises national and international companies as well as executives on all aspects of individual employment and collective labour law.

Thoughtful and tenacious, Dr. Hoffmann supports our clients with implementing reconciliation-of-interest agreements and social compensation plans, including conciliation committee proceedings and internal negotiations. He possesses extensive expertise in preparing and implementing outsourcing and restructuring projects, in employee data protection, and in workplace co-determination, particularly when introducing IT and AI projects. Clients also turn to him for support with the introduction and modification of compensation structures, current HR trends, and challenging separation scenarios. As a member of the Public Sector Employers expert team, he advises municipalities, state and federal authorities on the nuances of collective agreements, the legal framework of staff representation, and the impact of skilled labour shortages. As an author, lecturer, and speaker, he shares insights into key employment law developments and trends.
