In 1992, Robert Lungerich started practicing law at Küttner. The core of his practice centres on occupational pensions, individual employment law, and collective labour law, with a particular emphasis on works constitution law.
He supports negotiations between works councils and employers, including initiating and managing conciliation board proceedings. A trained eye for shaping, revising, and implementing occupational pensions, compensation, and working time arrangements – as well as for managing organisational changes – sets his practice apart. Among his clients are companies and works councils from the manufacturing industry, wholesale and retail sectors, the IT and telecommunications industries, the public sector, and the insurance sector. Robert Lungerich co-authored an employment law lexicon, the employment law edition of the “Ratgeber Recht” series, and the practical handbook “Mandatspraxis Arbeitsrecht”.
