Dr. Kunisch advises companies, executives, and works councils on all aspects of individual employment law and collective labour law.

In the field of workplace co-determination, he provides advice to both employers and works councils and also assists with matters concerning occupational pension law. He defends companies against occupational pension adjustment claims, assesses their financial situation, and advises on current issues relating to occupational pension law. Representing executives is an area in which he has extensive expertise. In both contractual matters and disputes with companies, he supports executives with extensive experience and legal insight. Dr. Kunisch is a member of our occupational-pensions expert team, publishes regularly on current employment law topics, and also lectures in the field.
