Dr. Thomas Köllmann advises national and international companies as well as executives on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. As a member of our Digital New Work and Data Protection expert team, he contributes extensive expertise and many years of experience in representing our clients. A particular focus of his practice lies in the design and adjustment of remuneration structures, taking into account both European and national pay transparency requirements. He is also part of our expert team on pay transparency and equal pay.

Further areas of expertise include works constitution law and collective bargaining law. Thomas Köllmann is a trusted partner for clients in outsourcing and restructuring projects, as well as in matters of workplace co-determination. He also has broad practical experience in employee classification issues, particularly in the public sector. In this context, he advises clients on legal classification reviews and represents them in litigation. Always guided by his clients’ interests, his advice extends beyond purely legal considerations — aimed at advancing their goals in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
