Dr. Tim Wißmann completed his legal studies in Bonn and Edinburgh. He joined Küttner in 2005 and has served as a partner since 2008.

Dr. Wißmann advises our clients on all aspects of employment law. His core specialisations include corporate restructuring projects and internal compliance investigations. He draws on long-standing expertise in collective labour relations, works constitution matters, occupational pensions, executive counsel, and representing clients before the Federal Labour Court. Dr. Wißmann is a regular contributor to the legal press and a co-author of key reference publications such as the Küttner Personalbuch and the Münchener Handbook on Employment Law. He serves as the Chairperson of the FFA Employment Law Specialist Forum
