Dr. Wißmann counsels, advises and represents clients from the private and public sectors in all matters of employment law with proven expertise in restructuring and compliance reviews. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining law, works constitution law, company retirement / pension plans and representing clients in appeals in front of the Federal Labor Court. An additional focus of his work is providing advice and counsel in connection with all board member, executive and managing director service agreements. He represents clients and is a tribunal judge for DIS arbitration tribunals. Dr. Tim Wißmann publishes on a regular basis in law reviews and journals on employment law topics and is the author of the Munich Handbook Employment Law (C.H. Beck) as well as the Employment Law Handbook of Company Retirement / Pension Plans (Otto Schmidt). In addition, he is a lecturer and chairman of the FFA Specialized Attorney Forum Employment Law.
